when heating up wax do you stand the plastic wax container in the metal bucket or do you remove this?

Hi, You can either warm the plastic pot itself without having to pour the wax out of the tub, using a medium heat, or you can use an inner container to pour the wax into. Its your choice. Kind Regards

does it fit the 425gms wax container or will i have to pour out the wax in the pot? is this the same size as babyliss satin smooth? and which one is better out of the two?

Hi, it is the same size as the Babyliss Satin Smooth heater. There is no need to pour the wax out into the heater.
