Hi, It is not suitable for facial hair unfortunately. I would recommend Hot Film wax for that, as we sell hot film wax for this purpose, and no waxing strips are required too.

Hi, You can use it as many times in a week as you like, but if the hair hasnt grown back there should be no need. After each use we would recommend using a good moisturiser.
