Hi Sarah, Unfortunately you cannot buy them from retail outlets/shops at all, as they are a professional product meant for hairdressers and salons. We are the only people that i know of that currently sell them to the general public. I hope this helps. Kind Regards. Eve

Hi, This one is a professional styling crimper that gets very very hot (about 220 degree's). The other is more of a fun to use hair tool that isnt for such seriou hair styling and heats to about 180 degrees. Many Toni & Guy salons buy this version from us. I hope this helps. Kind Regards
