Will this work in the USA? As the dual voltage switch on it says 125v/240v and I thought USA was 110v

Hi, Unfortunately there are no diffusers that fit this traveldryer. The only travel dryer we currently sell that has a diffuser to fit (as of july 2008) is the T3 Tourmaline Overnight Travel Dryer. This can be foud under the brand T3 tourmaline in the drop down brands at the top of this page. Kind Regards
