Hi, The babyliss satin smooth heater does come with an inner container, you can either use the inner container, or you can place the wax tub itself into the heater without needing to empty it each time.

Hi, I am considering purchasing the Babyliss Satin Smooth wax heater and would like to know whether I am able to use a solid wax in the warmer or will I have to melt it beforehand and then use the warmer to keep its consistency?
